Lawyer Benedetta Aiello

Born in Florence, Benedetta Aiello graduated in Tax law from the University of Florence. She obtained the title of lawyer together with the "Marco Ubertini" award, then she began to collaborate with Iacopo Tozzi, mainly dealing with family law. She collaborated in the drawing up of the law manual "Explorations of civil, administrative and commercial law" Primiceri Editore 2020, with a contribution entitled "Civil unions between same-sex couples in Law 20 May 2016 n. 76".

In the Firm she mainly deals with inheritance in family law with particular attention to international divorces.
